What is your current role and what are your activities?

IT Consultant (ECM & Software Developer). I am in charge of application development in Java and IBM/Nuxeo.

What kinds of solutions do you work with?

I worked a lot with Enterprise Content Management solutions like IBM Business Automation Workflow/Nuxeo and software development in Java, C#.

What has surprised you the most within AmeXio and why?

What I particularly appreciate about our company is its family-like atmosphere. There’s a true sense of closeness among colleagues, with a friendly and supportive environment where everyone can be themselves. The accessibility of all team members, regardless of their position in the hierarchy, is also a key strength: whether it’s to share ideas, seek advice, or just have a conversation, everyone is available and willing to help. 

What tasks or activities do you get the most satisfaction from your work and why?

I enjoy working on tasks that deliver real added value to our customers. Knowing that my efforts contribute to their satisfaction is highly motivating and rewarding for me.

What anecdote or experience within AmeXio has stuck with you to date and why?

I had the chance to discuss with members of the Royal Air Force as part of the end-to-end development of a solution for Siemens, gaining valuable insights that helped tailor the solution to meet specific operational needs and industry standards.
