A Toast to the North

In a city world-renowned for its heritage, you can’t truly celebrate a "Northern team" without the liquid gold that bears its name. Nestled by the Douro River, we gathered at the Porto Cruz cellars to immerse ourselves in the flavors that define this region.

The evening was a perfect blend of heritage & flavors, shared stories (moving beyond "work talk" to share personal milestones and laughs) and connection (strengthening the bonds that make our Portuguese team such a powerhouse!).

The Secret Sauce? Laughter.

While the wine was world-class, the real highlight was the atmosphere. Between the clinking of glasses and the backdrop of the Gaia skyline, the evening was defined by genuine laughter. It’s these moments of connection, outside the pressure of deadlines, that build the trust and synergy we bring back to the office every morning.

As we look forward to the challenges ahead, we do so with a bit of "Douro spirit" in our step and a lot of gratitude for the incredible people who make this team what it is.
