The day was filled with smiles, sunshine, and plenty of hard work. We went to an elderly home and did several activities. A group of us had the absolute pleasure of escorting several residents to the local market. There is nothing that beats a fresh, warm bite of kibbeling and some good old-fashioned conversation under the open sky! 🐟✨ Seeing the joy on the residents' faces while strolling through the stalls of the market was really fun.  

Meanwhile, our green-fingered team members were busy in the garden. They worked their magic to get everything tidy, pruned, and sparkling clean so the residents can fully enjoy the outdoor space once summer hits. 🌿🌻 And because we wanted to add a pop of color for the spring season, another group of colleagues got creative with wool and yarn! They spent the afternoon crafting vibrant, fluffy pompoms to decorate the garden, adding a handmade touch of cheer to the surroundings. 🧶🌈

Events like NLdoet remind me why I love being part of AMEXIO NL! It’s about the heart we put into everything and the way we show up for our community. A huge shoutout to the twenty legends who joined in!
